I often practice using a combination of expressive therapies (play therapy, art activities, journaling), cognitive-behavioral strategies, and mindfulness practice to foster emotional regulation, improved behavior, and family functioning. I also provide a solution focused-supportive practice (Coaching) around specific issues such as ADHD, school stress, developing discipline strategies, and coping with fears/phobias or trauma.
